Tori Hadley joined us in 2014 and now heads up our Strength and Conditioning Coaching at Base Camp. Tori comes to Base Camp from a variety of disciplines working with teams from beginner to elite levels. Her experience ranges from coaching junior triathletes in Abu Dhabi, to coaching Crossfit, to cycling in the Alps and climbing in the Himalayas, and thus, she brings a broad spectrum of adventure and athleticism to Base Camp. Her high skill level and varied experience brings a uniquely athletic approach to training for the mountains that Base Camp is already known for.
Since joining Base Camp her spare time has been spent on her new passion of rock climbing and mountaineering. Yep, shes hooked.
In her own words:
My name is Tori Hadley and I really love being super fit so I can get to places on this earth where I really experience happiness and truth. Everyone wants to fill their bucket with a list of experiences and challenges met. My bucket will never be full, as I love finding new challenges and experiences that expand my knowledge of human abilities, both physical, mental and spiritual. I have a definite belief in training right to remain injury free by following a structured program to make sure you are prepared for anything the mountains can throw at you! This can be trekking in the Himalayas, cycling a over high alpine passes or trail running on my home trails around Mt. Nebo. I just love the mountains!
